C.A.R.E course terms and conditions

Before booking a C.A.R.E course, please review these terms and conditions. By booking a course, you agree to the following:

1. Asthma New Zealand reserves the right to change or cancel courses as necessary. However all care will be taken to keep dates as originally advertised. If course dates are cancelled, participants will be offered an alternative date. If an alternative date is not available, participants will be offered a full refund, excluding any booking fees or credit card charges.
2. Cancellations by participants must be made in writing to courses@asthma.org.nz. A full refund will be provided for cancellations made 30 days prior to the course start date. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior will incur a 50% cancellation and administration fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date.
3. Payment must be made at the time of registration/booking. Upon receipt of payment, a confirmation email and receipt will be sent to the registered email address.
4. Access to course materials and sessions is restricted to registered participants only. All course materials, including but not limited to, presentations, handouts, and digital content, are the property of Asthma New Zealand and are protected by copyright laws. Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for any commercial purposes without prior written consent from Asthma New Zealand.
5. Certificates of completion will be issued only to those who attend and participate in the entire course.
6. Asthma New Zealand collects personal information during the registration process for the purposes of course administration and will not be shared with third parties without the participant’s consent, except as required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy.
7. Asthma New Zealand implements appropriate security measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
8. Asthma New Zealand reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes prior to their implementation.
