Scott Green - Chairman

I bring over 35 years’ experience working in the most disruptive of industries. I have an excellent understanding of building and managing successful businesses in the IT Managed service provider market, combined with a strong background of vendor engagement and partnering.  Scott joined the Asthma NZ Board to support the organisation through it’s digital transformation strategy.

Amy Chan

Dr Amy Chan is a senior researcher and clinical pharmacist working at the University of Auckland and Auckland District Health Board. Having asthma herself, Amy is passionate about improving the lives of patients and whānau with asthma and has spent over a decade researching into asthma and ways to improve asthma medication use and outcomes. She has specific interests in understanding factors that influence medicines use and using data to explore relationships between different factors and asthma outcomes.

Dave Rosenberg

Dave is an experienced and entrepreneurial Managing Director with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. Skilled in go-to-market strategy, business turn around, sales & marketing, leading diversity and global business. He graduated from a NZCE and Global Executive Leadership Programme.

Emma-Kate Greer

Emma-Kate is a commercially minded professional, experienced in leading corporate affairs teams and strategic projects in the telecommunications, media and energy sectors. She has broad experience across sustainability, media and public relations, government relations and regulatory affairs in New Zealand and Australia. An adaptable leader, Emma-Kate has also led experienced teams in people and culture at New Zealand energy company, Genesis. Emma-Kate holds a senior executive MBA from the University of Melbourne and a Master of Digital Business from the University of Waikato.

Greg Lay

Greg built up a very successful accounting practice that was recognised for encouraging staff to balance their work and personal life with care.  In 2019 Greg sold the practice and is now semi-retired.  He maintains a few clients and is involved with the development of a new medical facility with a group of private investors.
