Book a nurse appointment

We are proud to offer free nurse appointments, made possible by the generous support of our funders, donors and partners.

We know that sometimes, it’s not easy to get the personalised support you need. Are you struggling with your breathing? Are you confused about what medication you should be on, don’t know how to use it, or need guidance on using respiratory devices like spacers and inhalers? Is seeking help becoming too costly? Is it hard to travel to appointments? Or difficult getting time off work to attend? We can help.

Our Nurse Educators travel the community meeting with Asthma and COPD patients in places and spaces that are convenient for them. Whether it’s your home, school, workplace, community centre, or our Mt Eden office in Auckland, we are here to help. Our services are currently available to patients living in Waitemata, Auckland Central and the Wellington region (Capital & Coast). No GP referral is needed.

To book a nurse appointment, self-refer by simply filling out the form below and one of our team will be in touch with you shortly. Health professionals, please use this referral form.
